CURE Aqua Gel can be used twice a week, and honestly, I was just so glad to get rid of the dead skin cells. With acne prone skin, I always feel the need to exfoliate as often as I can ( though not excessively ) and undergo a chemical peel every month to prevent dead skin cell buildup that leads to more breakouts.
